A new update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is coming to consoles and PC today. This version 1.2.0 will be deployed and available for download from this Tuesday, March 16 around 1 p.m. and contains a number of fixes and new features that we detail here.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla patch 1.2.0 what’s new list
The Ostara Festival will be available from March 18 to April 8. For the occasion, the Ravensthorpe colony will be full of flowers and will feature unique side activities such as egg hunting as well as special rewards.
Change Appearance / Transmog
Change your gear and weapon appearance in the same item category at Gunnar’s Blacksmith in Ravensthorpe for 50 Silver. “This piece was already exceptionally beautiful, but if there is anyone who could improve it, it’s me! Says Gunnar. Modified items will be marked with a star in the inventory.
- Fearless Leaper = When activated, attack damage while jumping has a larger area of effect and can be done from any height.
- Raven’s Loot = Your raven collects loot from targets killed with ranged attacks.
- Food Loot = Eivor now has a better chance to loot food from corpses.
A new close-up camera option has been added to the game. When activated, it allows you to get a camera closer to the character during classic play. The camera will zoom out during combat and this option can be activated in the “Gameplay” menu.
In addition to these new features, many fixes and improvements are also made in this new update of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The patch notes mentions for example improved performance, fixes for lighting, clipping, animations, or bug fixes on quests or raids. Last but not least, there will now be more cats on the streets across England.
