Working conditions can affect the health of employees, their productivity, but also the image that a company can convey to the general public. And it becomes important to make it clear that no developer was harmed or abused during development.

Shortly before its release, in the midst of the euphoria of a unanimous critical reception, we learned that Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart had been designed without drawing on its teams. Based on this statement, one could therefore add Tim Schaffer’s studio to the list of companies that do not feel the need to pressurize their employees to achieve complicated goals. We can bet that the takeover by Microsoft has helped resources and peace of mind.
